How can I return an item?
You can return an item but under certain conditions.

- If you just changed your mind, then you will have to pay for the delivery fees even if the item is free shipping.
Items can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date, but there are specific conditions that must be met for the return to be accepted. In other words, for a return to be eligible:
- The product must be in its original condition.
- All product accessories must be complete and included.
- The product must be securely packed in its original packaging.
- You must document it by taking clear photos of the item you want to return.
- You will have to pay for the delivery fees.
- Items cannot be on sale.
